The competition is organised in three age groups: -
JUNIOR members 13 years of age and under at the 1st July 2022 those only in school years 8,9 (from 1 & 2)
INTERMEDIATE members 14,15 years of age at the 1st July 2022 those in school year 10,11 (from 3 & 4)
SENIOR members 16, 17 or 18 years of age at the 1st July 2022 those in should years 12, 13, 14 (form 5 to U-6)
Events Competitors can participate in a maximum of 3 individual events on the night.
Relay Races
There is a 4x 100m relay race for each of the age groups. A company with sufficient numbers may enter more than one team in any of the races.
Competitors may run in more than one relay race, so Junior and Intermediate boys may run in a higher aged relay as long as there is at least 1 boy of the proper age running tin their team. This means an intermediate team must have at least 1 intermediate boy and a senior team must have at least 1 senior boy running.
